A Letter to Our Customers

 

Ashton Woods takes very seriously the public health concerns that we are all facing today. Our employees’ and guests’ health and safety are always our highest priorities.

While we are fully open with normal operating hours, we still encourage you to set an appointment first before meeting with us.

We're following all federal, state and local mandates regarding essential workers and business openings. In compliance with local rules, face coverings are required to be worn for in-person visits to Ashton Woods communities where the jurisdiction in which the community is located mandates the use of face coverings. Even where not required, Ashton Woods encourages all employees and customers to wear face coverings when in our communities.

  • When visiting our sales centers, we ask that you limit the number of people attending with you, and we reserve the right to restrict attendance in order to comply with Company requirements and all local ordinances limiting the number of people in a gathering at any one time.

  • The CDC recommends cloth face coverings, and Ashton Woods encourages our employees and customers to do the same.

  • When visiting our sales centers, we ask that you maintain a distance of at least six (6) feet between yourselves and all others not in your party.  If there are instances in which a distance of at least six (6) feet is not maintained, Ashton Woods’ policy is that the Ashton Woods employee pause the visit and ask for a separation to at least six (6) feet.  

  • When visiting any model homes or spec homes, we request that you refrain from touching any furniture, appliances, decorations, or other items in the home.  


In addition, please review the following questions prior to visiting and upon your visit to a sales center:

  1. Have you or any member of your household experienced any cold or flu like symptoms (to include fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, chills, body aches, headache, nausea, etc.) within the past fourteen (14) days?
  2. Have you or any member of your household been diagnosed with or been presumed positive with COVID-19 within the past fourteen (14) days?
  3. Have you or any member of your household had close contact or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past fourteen (14) days?
  4. Have you or any member of your household traveled internationally or traveled via cruise ship or river cruise within the past fourteen (14) days?

 

If your answer is “yes” to any of the above questions, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may reschedule your visit or schedule a virtual appointment.  

Please understand that notwithstanding our efforts and commitment to health and safety, the risk of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 exists.  By visiting our sales centers, you acknowledge that Ashton Woods cannot guarantee protection from COVID-19, assume any and all risks associated with contracting COVID-19, and waive any claims against Ashton Woods regarding the same. If you prefer to schedule a virtual appointment, please let us know.
