Those whose offers are accepted will be notified on either Tuesday, July 13, 2021 or Wednesday, July 14, 2021 and will have 24 hours to respond and 48 hours to enter a contract. Offers are for the quick move-in homes and are inclusive of all elevations , structural options and design options, lot premiums, and base pricing. No changes will be allowed on the homes.
