We’re accepting best-and-final offers on the homesite beginning at 10:00 AM MST on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 and closing at 4:00 PM MST on Sunday, July 11, 2021. Multiple offers may be submitted with the most recent offer considered as the final offer.

Those whose offers are accepted will be notified on either Tuesday, July 13, 2021 or Wednesday, July 14, 2021 and will have 24 hours to respond and 48 hours to enter a contract. Prospective buyers should familiarize themselves with the home plan and features of the quick move-in they are interested in. With an accepted offer, buyers will be required to purchase a minimum of 14% of base price in options. This will be in addition to the offer amount. Should you enter into a purchase contract to buy a home, you will be required to sign an addendum reflecting the minimum required option amount at the time of contract.
